Makancom retains the right to refuse service, terminate Accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

SERVICES; ORDER, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

 

1. The Services encompass the following: (i) The facilitation of the Website/Application for your purchase of any Products; (ii) The transfer of orders to a third party, i.e., the company where the products were purchased ("Logistics Supplier"); and (iii) Makancom customer support, providing you with the option to contact Makancom at support@makancom.co for any inquiries related to your purchased Product/s.

 

2. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to make full payment for the Product, including any applicable service charges incurred during the order process. The displayed prices for all Products are in Qatari Riyals.

 

3. In the event of transmission errors that may cause interruptions during your purchase process, you commit to collaborating with Makancom to address and resolve these issues. You acknowledge that Makancom retains full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for such situations.

 

4. Credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. In the event that the card issuer declines the payment authorization, Makancom will cancel your order. Please note that Makancom cannot be held liable for any delays in dispatching your goods/Products resulting from this situation.

 

5. All billing and registration details provided must be truthful and precise. Submitting any untruthful or inaccurate information violates these Terms. By confirming your purchase at the conclusion of the process, you agree to acknowledge and fulfill the payment for the requested item/s.

 

6. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, Makancom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any orders placed for that Product. If a Product is mispriced, Makancom may, at its discretion, either reach out to you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

 

7. Makancom strives to offer attractive prices both on the Website and in its physical stores. However, please be aware that there may be instances where the online price does not match the price in a store.

 

DELIVERY

 

1. The delivery of products purchased through our Website or Application is handled by the respective company from which the products were purchased ("Logistics Supplier"). For standard products, the estimated delivery time is typically between 1 to 3 days. However, in the case of custom-made products, delivery times may vary, and it might take longer to process and deliver your order.

 

2. In situations where custom-made products are involved, our dedicated Makancom team will personally reach out to you to provide updates and keep you informed about the progress of your order. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for all our customers.

 

3. Please note that delivery times may be subject to external factors such as shipping restrictions, local regulations, and unforeseen circumstances, which could impact the delivery schedule. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation should any such situation arise. 4. Makancom shall not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery or production of your ordered and purchased Product/s.

 

5. Kindly be aware that delivery dates provided on the Website or APP are estimations and not guaranteed delivery times. Despite our best efforts, there may be variations in the actual delivery dates.

 

 

CANCELLATION

 

1. You have the right to cancel an order up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date and before the order enters the "Started Order" status. A "Started Order" refers to any order that has been used to initiate the preparation process.

 

2. To cancel an order, customers should contact the Partner Merchant directly. Both Makancom and the Partner Merchant reserve the right to cancel any order, and in such cases, you will be promptly notified with the reason for cancellation. No charges will be applied for orders canceled according to this clause. If any payment was made before an order's cancellation by Makancom or the Partner Merchant, a reimbursement will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the order. In the case of payment transfers, the refund process may take up to 30 working days.

 

3. Please note that any orders canceled after they have entered the "Started Order" status will be subject to charges. Makancom retains the sole authority to determine whether an order has reached the "Started Order" status.
4. Before delivery, all items undergo comprehensive quality control checks by our partners to ensure their pristine condition. However, if you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, kindly reach out to us immediately at support@makancom.co. Our team will be more than happy to assist you in arranging the return of the faulty item. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have with utmost care and attention.
5. Furthermore, it is important to mention that any issues or damages related to the products will be the responsibility of the Merchant Supplier. Additionally, the Merchant Supplier is responsible for the delivery of the products. Once the delivery has been completed, returns will not be accepted unless specifically agreed upon by the Partner Merchant. For further information regarding cancellations, returns, or any other concerns, we encourage you to communicate directly with the Partner Merchant.
